Most advice sounds reasonable.
That is exactly why it often doesn't help.
When you're stuck, you've usually heard enough advice already:
Follow your heart.
Be rational.
Trust the process.
Stop overthinking.
The problem isn't a lack of answers.
The problem is that you're often asking the wrong question.
"Should I stay or leave?"
"Should I text them?"
"Should I take the opportunity?"
These questions sound important, but they rarely get to the heart of what's actually driving the situation.
Fear, hope, attachment, guilt, intuition, pressure — they all sound similar when you're inside them.
