• Contact and account data: WhatsApp phone number, web session identifier, email or phone number if you later verify an account, payment or subscription status where applicable.
• Technical and usage data: IP address, hashed IP address, approximate IP mask, device/browser information, request timestamps, logs, abuse-prevention data, and service usage counters.
• Payment and partner data: payment status, order references, credits, subscription status, referral or partner attribution where applicable.

3. Why We Use Your Data
We use your data to:

• Generate personal astrology-based answers and reports.
• Save your profile so you do not need to enter the same details repeatedly.
• Manage credits, subscriptions, orders, and service access.
• Prevent abuse, automated misuse, excessive anonymous usage, and fraud.
• Improve service reliability, safety, and user experience.
• Respond to support, privacy, and deletion requests.

You can withdraw consent or request deletion by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing that already took place before withdrawal.
5. Who We Share Data With
We do not sell your personal data.
We may use trusted service providers to operate AstroNex, including:

• AWS for hosting, databases, storage, logs, and infrastructure.
• OpenAI or other AI providers for generating text responses.
• Geoapify or geocoding providers for converting location names into coordinates.
• Meta/WhatsApp for WhatsApp messaging, where you use the WhatsApp assistant.
• Payment processors such as Stripe, where payments are used.
• Analytics, security, support, or operational tools where needed.

These providers process data only as needed to provide their services to us.
6. International Transfers
Some service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

We keep data only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above.

• Birth profile, questions, and generated reports: kept while your account or session remains active, unless you request deletion.
• Anonymous web quota and abuse-prevention records: kept as long as needed to prevent repeated misuse.
• Logs and technical records: retained for a limited operational period.
• Payment, accounting, and tax records: retained as required by law.

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. Some records may be retained where required by law or needed for security, fraud prevention, or dispute handling.
